Hiring Simon Talent

The Simon School welcomes companies who are unable to interview on-campus, but wish to identify promising candidates to fill hiring needs. To service these companies, the Career Management Center provides the following options to assist you in identifying candidates:

Online Resume Database

Our online resume database features a robust search engine which you can access at your own pace by keyword and by pre-established preferences enabling you to efficiently identify the candidates which best match your requirements. In order to gain access to our online resume database, simply e-mail your request to Karen Kingsbury, Corporate Relations Marketing Manager, or call (585) 275-4881.

Resume Matching/Resume Referral

If you’re interested in having a customized resume pull matched to criteria that you select, you can access our online form for this request at: secure.simon.rochester.edu/forms/resume_referral.aspx

Once we receive your request, an account manager will create a resume book customized according to the parameters you select and email it to you in PDF format.

Post an Opportunity

Post an opportunity through the Career Management Center to solicit interested candidates. Companies can then choose to organize on-site or telephone interviews with students. The Career Management Center will collect all the responses and send them electronically, or employers can also request that materials be e-mailed directly from interested students.
