Recruiting at Simon

Your company has many choices when it comes to recruiting M.B.A.s. The Career Management Center (CMC) at the Simon Graduate School of Business provides flexible services to meet your individual recruiting needs. Whether interviewing for internships or full-time employment, one candidate or twenty, we will assist you in identifying talent to exceed your expectations.

The Career Management Center staff knows each of our M.B.A. candidates, and we are able to leverage our understanding of each student to ensure that you have access to talented students who best meet your needs. We encourage you to act early in engaging our students in your recruiting process so that you can have access to the full population of our M.B.A. community. The CMC staff is prepared to host you in the comfort of our interviewing suites and we encourage you to take advantage of the individualized services that our office provides.

Corporate Presentations

Making a company presentation to M.B.A. candidates prior to your interview dates gives you the chance to share information about your corporate culture, employment opportunities, and position requirements. Many companies use these presentations to pre-screen candidates before the interview. Corporate presentations can be held as lunchtime or evening events, and the CMC office can provide you with catering information and classroom A/V capabilities. On-Campus Interviews

The Career Management Center staff can manage the entire interview process from posting the position to scheduling interviews. We look forward to working with you to assess your interviewing needs. We are prepared to meet your company’s individual needs and the staff will provide you with all the materials and information you need and will make every effort to make your day pleasant and effective. During your visit, the School provides lunch and an opportunity to talk with staff, faculty, and other recruiters. If you are flying to Rochester, we would be happy to provide car service to the airport for your return flight. Reserve Your Dates for On-Campus Events for 2009-10
