Before joining Bank of America in 2002, Lance Drummond worked at Eastman Kodak for many years, during which he advanced through a variety of increasingly challenging positions including chief operating officer and corporate vice-president of the Professional Division. While a student in Simon’s Executive M.B.A. program, Lance especially valued the focus on finance and economics and the emphasis on thinking in a disciplined manner.
Lance’s accomplishments have brought him many accolades. He was a Sloan Fellow at M.I.T., where he earned an M.S. in management science in 1995. Named a Henry Crown Fellow in 1998, he was one of only 20 young executives chosen nationwide for their exceptional leadership promise. Lance is a trustee of the University of Rochester.
