His corporate experiences include Xerox, ExxonMobil and Harris Interactive. He has published articles in the Journal of Applied Psy­chol­ogy, Personnel Psychology, Industrial Relations, Journal of Educational Ad­min­istration, Employee Rights and Respon­sibilities Journal, Personnel Jour­nal, and the Training and Development Journal.
