Professor Miklós-Thal's research fields include industrial organization, personnel economics, and marketing. Her current research focuses on channel management in the presence of online retailing and on reputational incentives in labor markets. Miklós-Thal’s research has been published in leading international economics and management journals, including Management Science, the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of the European Economic Association, Economic Journal, The Rand Journal of Economics, Games and Economic Behavior, and Quantitative Marketing and Economics. Miklós-Thal is a Co-Editor of the International Journal of Industrial Organization and an Associate Editor of Management Science and of the European Economic Review. Professor Miklós-Thal teaches classes in the areas of pricing and game theory to MBA and MSc students.
