Lance Drummond xx

Before joining Bank of America in 2002, Lance Drummond worked at Eastman Kodak for many years, during which he advanced through a variety of increasingly challenging positions including chief operating officer and corporate vice-president of the Professional Division. While a student in Simon’s Executive M.B.A. program, Lance especially valued the focus on finance and economics and the emphasis on thinking in a disciplined manner. He continues to draw on these strengths daily at Bank of America, where his current duties include managing the No. 1 consumer online bank, which has the most online bankers in the world – more than 23 million subscribers and 12 million bill payers. His team is responsible for growing online customer relationships through enhanced service and support, generating online sales and providing more efficient processes that leverage the Internet. He also is responsible for delivering capabilities across the largest bank-owned network of more than 18,000 ATMs including the deployment of deposit image ATMs.

Lance’s accomplishments have brought him many accolades. He was a Sloan Fellow at M.I.T., where he earned an M.S. in management science in 1995. Named a Henry Crown Fellow in 1998, he was one of only 20 young executives chosen nationwide for their exceptional leadership promise. Lance is a trustee of the University of Rochester.
