Computers and Information Systems

Managing an organization’s information systems goes beyond just connecting computers. This concentration prepares you to manage a broad array of information systems and emphasizes the major business issues around choosing technologies, designing processes, and improving system results. Here you will develop the necessary skills for managing rapid technological developments, increased competition, and the challenges of global markets.*

Required core courses, plus four other courses:

CIS 413 The Economics of Information Management
At least one of:  
CIS 415 Business Process Analysis and Design (ECM 415)
CIS 416 Advanced Information Technology (ECM 416)
