The goal of the Center for Leadership Development is to realize William Simon's vision of Simon Graduate School of Business as a "Leader and a path breaker in higher education."

Simon educates and develops its students to be the acknowledged experts in business Leadership. Together the Simon Community defines and continually advances the standards for excellence in business Leadership and education.
