Career Management

The Career Management team believes in the development and growth of a strong, knowledge-based relationship with every student with whome we work. This relationship begins even before the student arrives at Simon. We work with students from pre-admission through graduation.

Career counseling and coaching in both group and individual sessions is available to all students throughout their program. This gives Simon candidates an advantage, contrasted to the half-hour, once a semester restriction many schools place on their students. Because of our philosophy and size we are able to get to know each student personally, resulting in the best possible outcome for her or him.

From the Career Management Orientation Program through offer evaluation and salary negotiations, students and CMC staff work together, both in group presentations and individual consultations.
