The Career Management Center offers companies many choices when it comes to recruiting M.B.A.s. We provide flexible services to meet a company’s individual recruiting needs. Whether interviewing for internships or full-time employment, one candidate or twenty, we will assist you in identifying talent to exceed your expectations.
Recruiters work with us and rely on our personalized services to get in touch with talented students who best meet their needs. We encourage employers to act early in engaging our students in the recruiting process so that they can have access to the full population of our M.B.A. community.
Making a company presentation to M.B.A. candidates prior to their interview dates gives a company the chance to share information about their corporate culture, employment opportunities and position requirements. Attendance at these presentations offers students the opportunity to learn more about the company, the positions available, the business lines and the culture. It is also an ideal forum to make a personal connection with hiring representatives and alumni while they are visiting campus.
The Career Management Center staff provides a variety of formats for companies to connect with students and conduct interviews. We handle the application and interview process from start to finish, and manage the communication between students and employers. It is our goal to make the process easy to participate in for both the students and the employers, and for Simon students to be presented in the most positive light possible.
