Other schools made me feel wanted, but Simon made me feel needed, and who doesn’t like to feel needed? If you’re considering an M.B.A., talk to as many people as you can, preferably from the schools to which you’re applying, but also talk to people who didn’t get their M.B.A.’s. Find out as many pros and cons as you can and then examine them against your particular situation and, assuming you know yourself pretty well, the answer is often obvious.”
