The business world is global – and so is Simon. One of the most diverse graduate business school programs, Simon offers career resources and programs for all students, domestic and international. We begin introducing job search content specifically for international students early in their program and are continually at work developing recruiting relationships with companies that are open to both international and domestic candidates. As a result, over 60 percent of our hiring companies recruit international students.

The majority of Simon international MBA students are in the US on a student visa, which makes them eligible to apply for a summer internship (Curricular Practical Training). Consult the University of Rochester International Student Office (ISO) for additional information.

Our book, The American Mindset, targeted for our international students, explores cross-cultural differences and job search tactics for use worldwide.
